They are very good with cosmetic procedures. Have gone to them for many years. On few occasions, I have used the N.P. Cindi who is wonderful. She explains every step. Very much recommend her if you are making an appt.
I had a wonderful experience at Serenity MedSpa for Moxi/BBL laser treatment. The nurses and estheticians are kind and gentle. I'd stopped seeing results from my prior provider's IPL laser and wanted to try something new, and I'm so glad I did!! Recovery is better than expected as well.
I had such a great experience at Serenity Med Spa in San Francisco! Jeneil was my NP and did an amazing job. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered results that looked natural and beautiful. The spa itself was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking with Jeneil!
