We are extremely happy with the service we received today. Our AC unit is about 3-4 years old and we’ve never had it serviced. Adrian was wonderful. He worked on both our furnace and AC unit. He explained everything clearly, was so kind and patient. Will definitely call them again.
Hey, so I've had really good experiences with Schmitt. They installed my HVAC 15 years ago (Carrier Infinity 3-zone system), and when issues came up recently they sent Bryant out and he set things right. And, when an issue reoccurred, he came out again, determined that it was an issue with a thermostat that he had just replaced, and re-replaced the dud thermostat for free. That's great service!
Amazing service visit today to address 30 rooftop top fans for all 20-units in the building. Great conversation with Bryant Gannon (service technician). I've requested an annual maintenance agreement following this visit today.
