The Dr was very thorough and very personable. I felt that she gave me a great exam and explained everything.Melissa helped me find new glasses and haver me her honest opinion which I appreciated. Didn't just tell me everything looked great on me! A charges were thoroughly explained and I did not feel pushed to purchase more than I wanted.

The exam went flawlessly. Doctor Fong was very thorough and explained what issues needed to be addressed. The testing equipment was state of the art. I was very comfortable with the eye exam.

It was good. I was seen to by 4 people: 1 to select frame, 1 to do preliminary checkup, a doctor and another person to actually charge my credit card. I have doubts about correctness for measurements - the difference b/w previous and current is too large, but we'll see about that when I get glasses.
