Dr. Teresa Wong performed a professional, detailed eye exam and properly addressed all my concerns. She quickly found the issue when I picked up my glasses and I was relieved that a simple adjustment to have the glasses sit higher on my face brought everything into clear focus. I'm very satisfied. I would highly recommend her.
One year later, my annual eye exam has gone super smooth and efficiently.
Dr. Teresa Wong, Kelly and Eleanor are all friendly, informative and very good with customers and patients. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location and their staff.
Everyone from the front desk staff to the optometrist was friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Eleanor who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me when I was choosing my new glasses.
The Dr was very thorough and very personable. I felt that she gave me a great exam and explained everything.Melissa helped me find new glasses and haver me her honest opinion which I appreciated. Didn't just tell me everything looked great on me! A charges were thoroughly explained and I did not feel pushed to purchase more than I wanted.
