Brought two laptops here. One was a simple battery replacement. The other was a screen repair/replacement. Turns out they could not repair, which product reviews corroborated. They helped me get the exactly right replacement screen which they installed promptly. The monitor touchscreen did not work at first, and I understood they could not fix this issue given the part did not come with brand-name service and support. I appreciated the good communication between me and the shop, which helped everything get taken care of quickly. Hands-down the best computer repair specialist in the Bay Area. Expert-class repairs, service, and general experience. If you’re debating on who to go to with computer issues, go here. Can’t recommend highly enough.
