The price you pay is not the price you see on the menu. He rushed to have the job done quick which leads to the result that the coloring couldn’t even cover the white hair like all other salons did. 2 stars because of friendly attitude. That’s all.

Very friendly staff and many chairs to accommodate walk in. Most of the aunties speak Cantonese and English. Prices are listed in the window for what kind of cut/ style / etc you prefer. Had long hair and wanted to go for shoulder length cut (probably 6 in off) -- started with a rough chop, got hair thoroughly shampooed and washed, then styled for long layers based on a reference photo and explanation I needed to keep it long enough for a pony tail. My stylist was receptive and attentive to the length evenness and I appreciated the end cut! Efficient and took about 40 min and long length haircut with shampoo was $35 plus tip

Here is my experience: I walked in, they dragged me to sit down. I told them that I would like an estimate first for a hair cut in a V-shaped in the back. They said “$25.” They rushed the process and not only did they NOT give me a V-shape, my hair was completely frizzled near the bottom. I specifically told them many times I wanted a V-shape, in both Mandarin and English. I couldn’t even show them a picture I found prior because they took my glasses off and already cut my hair. Again, I am not someone who is very demanding, so I trusted their professionalism. After all, I told them that I wanted a V-shape many times.
