I wish I knew about Allie and Rolfing long time ago. Allie is the best. Rolfing is a long term fix for body problems by fixing alignments and posture. I have been suffering from neck, shoulder stiffness/pain more than 10 years and recently started with low back issues. I have seen many massage therapists, physical therapists and chiropractors but didn't fix my problems completely. Since the first day I received Rolfing, I immediately noticed that it is a totally different approach and my shoulder/neck stiffness is reduced. This woman is amazing!! I just walked out of her office and had to write a review right away! I am standing upright and feeling so much less pain after just one session ~ she knows the body so well and is incredibly strong, pushing out pain and problems from the system. I strongly recommend!
