Regina was great, very professional and experienced. I bought a couple facial spa package, and was able to coordinate them one after another. The facial itself was splendid. Very relaxing and soothing while she massaged my face. She spent the initial moments looking at my skin, and suggesting it was dry, which makes me realize i should moisturize more. Pretty sure i fell sleep. Overall great.

Regina was great. I haven't done a facial in a while and she made sure to take care of all the details that needed attention on my face. She is also very affordable compare to other facials in San Francisco and she makes sure to clean your face properly. Strongly recommend.

Calling to make an appointment women picks up and says "hello" no introduction no "this is Regina Skin Care" just hello. So I clarify "Im sorry can you confirm that I got a right number who did I reach?" She hung up. I call again- straight to mail box. I try calling from a different number- same story, woman says "hello" and hung up right after. I am not sure what the hell is going on and why is it impossible to make an appointment. Extremely unprofessional and dumb on her end. Perhaps she should consider a position of security guard at Walgreens. You can definitely avoid conversations with people there.

Like the woman who posted an unfavorable review, I also purchased a Groupon voucher for a facial. It was intended to be a birthday present for myself. While I was unable to get an appointment on my birthday, I had a delightful conversation with Regina who was willing to work with me to make it happen. Turns out it did not, but I was able to get her first available opening. The day arrived for my appointment. The night prior I received a text from Regina reconfirming my appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I went online to read her reviews. I was shocked to read the comment of a woman who stated Regina was a racist and did not provide her with adequate service. I texted Regina and she immediately responded. Even though this woman had negative things to say about her and her practice, Regina took the high road. She assured me that she had many satisfied clients of various genders, nationalities, and skin tones and this negative review was not indicative of her or her business practices. She did not disappointed. I found Regina to be pleasant and a joy to talk to. She has magic fingers! OMG! My face never looked or felt better! I booked a follow-up appointment to see her in a month, and it is my intention to see her on a regular basis. I highly recommend Regina's European Skin Care to anyone who is serious about upping their skin care regime. Regina will not disappoint!

Regina is a racist and discriminated against me as an Black woman . She refused to accept my Groupon coupon. I emailed a formal complaint to Groupon and was refused a refund. Groupon is in lconplictnwith Regunas discriminatory practices.

Was left with chemical burn scars after her peel. She does not have enough experience with darker skin tones, and she uses methods and products that do not seem "approved" for esthetician standards.
