RAMS

I'm a client of RAMS in San Francisco, California and I'm a client of Josephine Chang, NP. During the last four years that she has been seeing me and prescribing my medications, she has done an excellent job helping me. She did her job very conscientiously and with lots of empathy and sympathy. I strongly feel that she is an invaluable asset for RAMS as well as for her clients. During a period that I was very vulnerable to getting evicted from my housing and repeatedly harrassed and intimidated by the building's management, she took an active role helping me and made herself for me to call her and let her know what's going in even when I didn't have appointments with her. In one case, when she learned that I was deeply psychologically affected by the dilemma, she said she would call me and see how I am even before my next appointment with her. I feel it's a blessing to have her as a mental health provider because I personally have been most comfortable with her ever since I started seeing her as my provider. I perceive her as a gift from God or the result of my positive karma. I recommend her as a psychiatric nurse practitioner to anyone who might have emotional issues. That person will be grateful after seeing her for a while.

Rams is amazing. I've had one of the best therapists ever here. If you've got great insurance, I'm sure there are places that are nicer, but if you don't this place really has heart, and has been a godsend for me. Thank you Rams!
