I called after hours on the weekend with a clogged toilet issue. I spoke with Saul who advised me because it was after hours the rate is doubled and if I could wait till the next day it would be less costly. I didn’t want to wait. Saul asked a few questions to access the issue. He advised me he would hate for me to pay double the money for an issue I might be able to solve on my on. He then gave me instructions on how to resolve the issue and said if I was not able to fix the issue I can call back to set up an appointment. I followed Saul’s instructions and cleared the issue. Bob came out on a Sunday night when my kitchen started flooding with water. He arrived promptly, identified the leak quickly, and worked efficiently. I'm so grateful he was able to help me out. I would recommend R&L to anyone I know!
