PREP is a new, urban hair studio in San Francisco that offers cuts and color for children and adults. The staff is welcoming, kind, and patient, especially with children, making it a great place for parties. The studio is clean and well-maintained. Coming to PREP SF is like visiting friends. The SF staff is friendly, caring, and patient. The stylists are experienced in working with toddlers and young children, and are highly recommended for their excellent service in providing first haircuts.
Amy is amazing! She cuts my 2-year-old son’s curly hair and is always so patient, attentive, and wonderful with him. His haircut always looks beautiful and exactly the way we want it. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with his curls—highly recommend her!
We had such a wonderful experience at Prep with Daisy! This was a big day for us—my almost 4-year-old’s very first haircut. I’ve always loved his longer hair and was a little nervous that going shorter might feel too traditional or dated.
We showed Daisy a photo of what we had in mind, and somehow she made it even better than we expected. She kept plenty of personality and edge while making it feel modern, fresh, and still very much “him.”
The salon made the whole experience so fun and special. Both of my sons especially loved the stickers and popcorn at the end! Such a thoughtful touch and a great experience from start to finish.

Customer service is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly, the atmosphere is fantastic and the service is flawless. Lyn did such a great job trimming my bangs! I will definitely be coming back!
