I paid for their membership for $3000. I still have ~$2000 left in the account. But they seem to disappear!!! Couldn't contact the owner and the store! Did they run away with my money??? I want my money back!

I came here with my friend and I talked with the one who made appointment for me to do facial, I said I want to do with my friend at the same time and she said ok. After I was there and the lady said we can't do at the same time because one of the lady had appointment after so she didn't have time and the other one was still working. Okok so I started and later my friend came in and suddenly the lady said the machine was broken we can't use it today, and she didn't want to return our money back she just started using the other machine which I have at home. we were charged for 200 each. Well.. I seriously ASAP need you!!! Look at me it is a dissaster already come on. Just open for one custumer per time!! Hope youre dping good hendeling this mess.
