Jenise is a legend. As a busy tech worker, it’s hard to carve out the time to stay in balance. Jenise has helped increase my mobility and the foundational strength I use in my weekend warrior sports.
Janise is great! Very knowledgeable and professional, but has such a good vibe and you feel great doing the class and especially when you go home. she is a real pro and I recommend this class to everyone.
