Despite the negative comments regarding this establishment, I thought I gave it a try. I've had many, many, many massages, 97% of which are disappointing. In my experience most massage therapists might spend an extra 5 minutes on "areas of concern" then go about doing their normal routine. Some don't even care to listen but expect or demand a certain amount of tips. I've tried all of the massage therapists here (all female). I must say NONE OF THEM are comparable to Nicole. Nicole is passionate and has pride in her work. Unlike other therapists at this place, her client's satisfaction is her top priority and she doesn't follow any routine. She listens to my need and treated my body as completely unique. She careful, expertly, intuitively, and forcefully addressed all the right spots and with right amount of pressure and attention, intuition was spot on. She continues to advance her technique by consulting with her instructor on getting rid of stubborn knots in problem areas so that she can better serve her client on the next visit. If you are looking for a great, caring, and no judgement massage therapist, you MUST give Nicole a try. I would continue to come to this place because of Nicole!!!

Parkside spa is very clean and professional place. My masseur was ruby.she tend to all my areas of tension and soreness. They have a clean shower and sauna too. The sauna is a dry sauna with charcoal and lights. I would definitely recommend this place for first time tryers.
