I dropped in to inquire about their services and got an appointment for that same day. Karen gave me a wonderful facial and massage. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with advice about skincare whatever your age or skin condition. This salon has everything one needs for their face. The receptionist is exceedingly helpful and kind and they don’t push their products but do have excellent skin care services. They do everything from facials to full body massage, eyebrows & lashes, waxing, electrolysis, exfoliation etc. in a professional pleasant wonderful aromatic atmosphere with a friendly staff to help you. It’s great to have them in west portal.

I am a 44 year old transgender client and I am nearing completion of both facial hair and SRS bikini electrolysis. It is a long process no matter where you go, but I have always appreciated the kindness of the staff and the diligence of my technician Viktoria (Vika), making this time of transition feel dignified and thorough. I am also very thankful for all of the advice and tips that were provided by my technician, to help me to take care of my skin during this process, (as I have sensitive skin that is prone to ingrown hair). Dimitra is the best and Victoria also is amazing. We recently did a session it was super fast, efficient, finished a bit earlier also that we had to look for more to do our time! Definitely recommended electrolysis at Dimitra’s.
