Love this place so much. Julie is the kindest person, always gives dogs treats and has the most genuine heart in the world. Everything I’ve gotten dry cleaned here turns out perfectly.

This spot is off my favs list. It’s unfortunate because the location is convenient and the staff is kind. However, my experience with their work is similiar to other negative reviews: poor execution and late timing. If you care to know the details keep reading.I brought in an athlesiure wear style puffy coat from Aritiza to get the zipper replaced. This meant they’d have to replace the entire thing. I dropped it off and they called me a day or two before pick-up saying it wouldnt be ready for another week as their seamstress was out sick. I am very impressed with Julie and Esther positive attitudes. The first time I called Pacific Heights Cleaners, I spoke with Esther, who listened and gave me a very optimistic response on removing the water stains on my clothings. When I brought 9 pieces of stained clothing there, Julie was also very positive. She took the time to explain to me how they're different than other dry cleaners. Well, I can attest to Julie's words, their professional manner, and their quality work. They truly live up to their words.
