We hired P3 Construction for a much needed renovation of our living room and the results were absolutely outstanding. Led by partners Julie Kase and Robin May, P3 took our once dark and claustrophobic space and completely transformed it into a bright, inviting room that we now love spending time in. From strengthening the foundation, revamping the roof, designing the interior and everything in between, P3’s attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire project. We live in a midcentury home in San Francisco and still had the original kitchen, including the 1957 cooktop and wall oven. Lots of procrastination and paralysis around starting a renovation, which we had absolutely no experience doing. We interviewed and received bids from three contractors: two of them wouldn't schedule time for an estimate unless my husband was present, which really turned me off since I was the one who would be the point person for this renovation. A few friends of mine knew of P-3 and the two sisters that run this construction business. Robin was great from the start.
