Dr. Chan is awesome, he is attentive, thorough and the best PT I’ve been to in SF. The office is really nice once you’re inside - go down the hall and up the second floor. Super knowledgeable with the care he gave and made sure to follow up with me afterwards. He also did massage which was great. I actually left walking a bit better than before. Front desk and payment/insurance was easy. Some of these other reviews are really incorrect, don’t miss out on this great PT!

Dr. Chan is friendly, knowledgeable and clearly cares a lot about helping me get back to full health. I’ve seen him weekly for the last two months and have since recommended my wife go here as well.

This place seemed pretty sketchy. They insisted that I leave my credit card information on file and give them permission to charge me "in case there's a balance" even though my insurance policy is super clear and there is no way for an unpaid amount when I walk out of this facility. This way of treating consumers has to stop.

This place seemed pretty sketchy. They insisted I leave my credit card information on file and give them permission to charge me "in case there's a balance," even though my insurance policy is explicit and ensures no unpaid amounts when I leave the facility. They provided no clear explanation for potential extra charges. I've experienced this before: the healthcare provider sends a bill to the insurance company, receives partial payment based on their contract, and then shifts the remainder of the bill to the unsuspecting consumer. Many consumers lack the time or resources to contest these additional charges. This way of treating consumers must stop!

Dr. Chan's expertise and professionalism, as well as kindness, and enthusiasm for his work, really comes through. I've had ankle pain when walking a lot for over ten years, and assumed I was doomed to it forever, but finally decided to just see if anything could be done. Dr. Chan examined my ankles thoroughly, explained what was going on, and showed me some simple exercises to do, and shoe inserts I could get, that should make a huge difference. So, so glad I decided to get help -- and really glad I went to Dr. Chan. What a pro!

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this place rubbed off of me the wrong way.Look, I get it. We're in the middle of a pandemic and you guys can only book so many people for whatever available time slots you have, I get it.But why do you have a secretary that would book appointments and then tell someone to leave when you book two people at the same time slot? What is the point?Today is May 5th, a Wednesday. My mother had an appointment booked in advance. She arrives there on time and then you tell her that you had already booked someone else at the same time slot? Why not just call ahead of time instead of telling her to leave? Seriously? What's even the point if you don't call ahead of time and yet you waste our time like that. Rude and unprofessional.
