Front desk staff is rude and not helpful. Was supposed to work here for 2 days, but had to make last-minute arrangements for the second day to work elsewhere because I had no internet connectivity at Regus. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk clerk, and she acknowledged that it is a recurring issue but offered no assistance.
Our nonprofit had to find a meeting/conference space to use for a 2-day management retreat. I first contacted the receptionist Ashley at 795 Folsom, who gave me a lot of incorrect information, and booked me a space without giving me the correct description or prices of the space. I visited in person and found the space she booked was nowhere near conducive to our needs. Although she tried to be friendly and apologetic, she just clearly wasn't competent in her role.
