I had such a great experience at the NEMS 1033 Clement Clinic. From the moment I stepped into the Dental Department on the 3rd floor, the front desk staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. They were calm, polite, and genuinely helpful—always smiling and doing their best to assist patients.

The dentist and dental assistant were equally impressive. They worked together as a team with clear communication and professionalism. Both were very gentle and friendly, which helped ease any nervousness I had about the dental visit. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel well cared for.

I always have an excellent experience here! The staff are so friendly and kind! My on-boarding process to NEMS was super simple and smooth! The pharmacy is always quick. My PCP Delanie Wong is wonderful & I love the wide variety of services they provide. I also appreciate the sliding scale as well as taking Medi-Cal! Thank you NEMS for your wonderful service!!!

I love this place because I have great doctor. Zhen (Jane) Lu is been my prime doctor for several years, always on time with smile on her face make me feel better right way. Dr. Zheng Jane Lu has helped me controlling my sugar and blood pressure, She is very thoughtful and understanding and answers my questions so that I can understand. She refers me to some good specialist when I need them. She is very kind and pleasant. There were time when I felt bad and didn't have appointments to see Dr.Lu, and she would find way to squeeze me in that day. I appreciate that very much I recommend Dr. Zhen Jane Lu ! Great professional indeed
