I ran into the same issues that David did in his review, serious issues with billing and it's not resolved yet.

I went to Golden Gate Endoscopy for a preventative screening due to family history. The procedure and staff were excellent and my screening was incredibly valuable to my future health.

However, since I'm not 45 yet, my procedure was billed as a diagnostic surgery despite having a doctors referral to Golden Gate Endoscopy detailing my family history of colon cancer. I tried to resolve this before the procedure and they said it would be taken care of. However, the office is requesting I pay them $700 now (it was $1,000 before... not sure what changed)...read full review

Professionalism and Care Extraordinary! From the pre appointment communication to the reception, pre op, physician personal visits, procedure, post op, results packet, and discharge this was a phenomenal & timely experience.
What an unexpected light hearted and care-driven group of employees.

Dr. Man and the staff at this office are very friendly, efficient and professional. Went in for a colonoscopy, a little frightened and worried about the procedure. They team was great and explained everything to keep me calm. Next thing you know, you are waking up about 1/2 an hour later. Thanks guys! I'm going to Mels.
