New City Roofing Co. is a roofing and exterior company that handles roof replacement, repair work, gutters, siding, windows, doors, skylights, and other exterior projects. After storm damage, one customer needed a full roof replacement and repair work on the back gutter system. The crew arrived on time, explained each step clearly, and made the whole roofing process feel easy and well organized. They worked quickly, were dependable, and delivered excellent craftsmanship on both the roof and gutters. Dealing with insurance and a roof replacement can be stressful, but they made everything much simpler with their knowledge, clear communication, and helpful support. The team was respectful of the home, worked efficiently, and did a great job with cleanup when the project was finished. One crew completed a 2400 square foot ranch home in just one day, and another finished a large roofing project within two days. The crew of 5 was friendly, professional, and worked very hard to tear off the old roof, install the new roofing system, add new rake boards, and fit a new skylight. They also handled cleanup really well and finished the job in about 12 hours. Customers describe fair pricing, solid workmanship, and a smooth, professional process. The team is skilled, friendly, and easy to work with, and they treat customers with real care. They take pride in quality workmanship and make customers feel like their home matters to them.
