It's great to have a hair salon that caters to afro, kinky and curly textured hair. The salon is mostly reliable in that you will not be double-booked and the salon is really professional and black-owned. You will be in-and-out within 3-4 hours. I love the cocktail options and you can watch Netflix on the iPads while getting your hair done. I wish that there were more professional black-owned hair salons. I definitely recommend this place for natural afro-textured, curly hair.

This is a lovely place but inconsistent with the service. Some hairbraiders are great- others not so much. The prices are way too high and the hair provided is average at best. Inconsistency. The folks who work there are kind people. Received a partial refund for a wack job that I endured. Nearly $400 for 42 braids. Won't be fooled again.

I truly appreciate the unique concept of this braiding salon. It is a luxurious and beautiful space for people with textured hair, which is hard to find, especially in San Francisco! I will continue to support Naza but believe there is room for improvement. I had a Sunday afternoon appointment for medium box braids. Braiding took about 3.5 hours, and I was offered a drink and an iPad to watch Netflix. The thorough booking website, salon aesthetic, and friendliness of the stylists are major pluses. The downsides are that I didn't sit down in the chair until at least 45 mins after my appointment time while the stylist finished with another client and took a break.... read full review
