About Naza Beauty
Naza Beauty is a reliable and professional hair salon catering to afro, kinky, and curly textured hair. It offers a great experience, with quick appointments (typically within 3-4 hours) and a relaxing atmosphere, where clients can watch Netflix while getting their hair done. The salon is black-owned and offers braiding services. Clients appreciate the long-lasting styles and convenient location.
It's great to have a hair salon that caters to afro, kinky and curly textured hair. The salon is mostly reliable in that you will not be double-booked and the salon is really professional and black-owned. You will be in-and-out within 3-4 hours. I love the cocktail options and you can watch Netflix on the iPads while getting your hair done. I wish that there were more professional black-owned hair salons. I definitely recommend this place for natural afro-textured, curly hair.
This is a lovely place but inconsistent with the service. Some hairbraiders are great- others not so much. The prices are way too high and the hair provided is average at best. Inconsistency. The folks who work there are kind people. Received a partial refund for a wack job that I endured. Nearly $400 for 42 braids. Won't be fooled again.
I truly appreciate the unique concept of this braiding salon. It is a luxurious and beautiful space for people with textured hair, which is hard to find, especially in San Francisco! I will continue to support Naza but believe there is room for improvement. I had a Sunday afternoon appointment for medium box braids. Braiding took about 3.5 hours, and I was offered a drink and an iPad to watch Netflix. The thorough booking website, salon aesthetic, and friendliness of the stylists are major pluses. The downsides are that I didn't sit down in the chair until at least 45 mins after my appointment time while the stylist finished with another client and took a break. Additionally, I received 20 braids, but didn't look as full as I'd prefer. The website states you'll get 4 rows, but, in my opinion, the final style I received just doesn't justify the $365+ price. I did see someone with goddess braids that looked more full. Maybe I'll try a different style next time. While I'll return when I want to pamper myself, I'm not sure I can afford to come in as often as I'd like.
