The people are very nice, but there are a few issues. I had a dip with nail tips. First, my nail tech was a bit rough with the manual and electric files, and I ended up with several painful cuts on various fingers. I appreciated her attention to detail, or so I assumed that si what she was doing. Unfortunately, after a very long time, I ended up with nails that are uneven and lumpy in places. Also, they are not the color I chose (light pink) but more white. I do like this color, but it is not the color I chose. The tech did work very hard, so I was hoping for flawless nails. The service ended up being 102$ with tip, which is terrible considering the product was not as good as it could have been. I won't go here again, because it is too expensive for what you get. I may add a second review after the nails have been on for a week or two.

Gel manicure was just okay! Lin was very nice and seemed to try her best but I think the gel polish they had was low quality or old. The color came out uneven. But I was able to walk in easily without an appointment and they were very welcoming!

This place is one of the nicest in the Marina and I've been to about 5. The staff is skilled, very friendly, and I never feel rushed. The massage chairs are nice and everything seems very clean. There's an ATM inside but they take cash and card. I like how it's tucked away too so people aren't gawking through the window. Would recommend!
