The manicure was poorly done. Some of the nails were crooked and bumpy, and the staff seemed frustrated throughout the appointment. I would have preferred if they had simply told me they couldn’t do what I asked for. I’ve had much better experiences here in the past, so it was disappointing to see the quality of service decline

I waited ~45 min for my pedicure to begin and watched as walk-in’s were served before me (I had an appt). My manicure color didn’t look like the color I selected as it was too thin, and when I asked for an additional coat she said no. She said it would be too thick but I don’t think that’s true. She also seemed frustrated with me that I didn’t like it

Nice experience and ambiance, the place was spacious and clean. A lot of nail color selection. I went in for a manicure and pedicure gel, that same night my gel manicure chipped when I got home and in less than a week they had all chipped and were falling off. Pedicure still fine but disappointed for the price I paid to have them chip and fall off in less than 24 hours and gone in less than a week. They were lifting and getting caught under my hair immediately
