Customers report an incredible, outstanding, and great experience with very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful staff. The service is described as going above and beyond, with skilled assistance in trying on glasses, tuning frames for fit, and ensuring everything is made right. The products, including extremely light weighted sunglasses, receive lots of compliments. It is an all around lovely shop where customers leave feeling confident, well taken care of, and extremely happy.
I visited the store twice before deciding to purchase Moscot eyeglasses. Both visits were professional and consistently excellent. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products, which helped me select frames that best suited my face shape. They gave thoughtful feedback as I tried on different options, without any pressure or sales tactics. Pricing was clear and transparent throughout. I would gladly return in the future.

What a great eyeglass frame store! Their selection is incredible. I have tried on several other occasions to buy frames online, but it never works out for me. I need to try them on and see how they look and there are plenty of frames to try on in this shop. Sabriye was very helpful in finding the right shape and color frame for me today. And even though I was planning to get my prescription lenses elsewhere she encouraged me to return to have the frame fitting tweaked once the lenses are in. I'll definitely be back!
