The service is described as going above and beyond, with skilled assistance in trying on glasses, tuning frames for fit, and ensuring everything is made right. The products, including extremely light weighted sunglasses, receive lots of compliments. It is an all around lovely shop where customers leave feeling confident, well taken care of, and extremely happy.
Shoutout to Raf (hopefully spelling it correctly). Refreshing to see a great person and worker who is always fun to talk to!! He always helps me adjust my glasses even if I’m just stopping by!
What a great eyeglass frame store! Their selection is incredible. I have tried on several other occasions to buy frames online, but it never works out for me. I need to try them on and see how they look and there are plenty of frames to try on in this shop. Sabriye was very helpful in finding the right shape and color frame for me today. And even though I was planning to get my prescription lenses elsewhere she encouraged me to return to have the frame fitting tweaked once the lenses are in. I'll definitely be back!
I was in SF for a conference and stopped in. I had wanted a pair but thought id have to go to nyc to get them. Incredible service from trying on, to glasses being made, to delivery.
