Roy is not only incredibly responsive, but he is also very communicative. I also found that he was very accommodating when it came to dropping off and picking up my console. I was not expecting that, but it was so nice to know that he would work with me to find some sort of accommodation.

I dropped my device off on a late evening and it was ready by the next morning. Roy even sends you photographic proof that the fix was made, so you can rest confidently knowing that a solution was found.

I don’t plan on breaking my system in the future (though whoever does) but if it comes to that point, im so thrilled to know that I can count on people like Roy to get me back to where I want to be with my devices.
