My husband went to his doctor at Kaiser on 5/24/19 because his legs had been swollen for several weeks. My husbands doctor who has been his primary care doctor the passed 14 years gave him a bill of health and told him to fast for 12 hours and they would adjust his medication. My husband went to work on 5/25/19 and passed away 5/26/19 of a heart attack. I tried to find an attorney to take my case, but no attorney would help. I was referred to Mitchell Law firm and Darrell Lackey called me back and explained to me why it was not worth an attorney to take my case. My husband was 65 years. It was due to his age.
