Love Dr. Olson and her assistant Charina! The office staff is always friendly and helpful! They are like family to our family. We rely on them to care for us. We appreciate them and also support the practice fee.
Since day one, in September 2020, I have had the best experience with this medical group, especially Dr. Hilbert. The so called “gatekeepers” do their job with respect, compassion and competence. No complaints from me, a 5 year “new” patient and ex-wife of a doctor.
I started here over a year ago based on a friends suggestion of a particular Dr. that physician is wonderful. She takes plenty of time with me, takes thorough notes and asks lots of appropriate questions. I do have to book out months at a time but have had two last minute visits where I was seen the same day by the PA or NP. Both kind and competent. I do think the office staff seem a bit overwhelmed and it may try my patience at times but after waiting 8 months to even find a general practitioner I am happy here.
