WOW, porchetta sammie in the Castro? Ridiculously delicious, like you need to order. Not traditional italian porchetta slices of meat, but even better, chunky cuts of buttery tender goodness. Solid smoke aroma and taste without being overbearing. You get a slight tang of the vinegar mop, but again, not overbearing or distracting. We also ordered smashburgers and those were good, but for me the star was the pork.

I'd like to try the trio sampler or go full on into the pastrami on rye! I hear the pizza square is also pretty tasty.
