I’ve been going to Makalia for about six years now, and she is truly the only person I trust with my eyebrows. She is incredibly skilled and detail-oriented in her craft, and the results are always stellar and consistent.

What really sets her apart, though, is her bedside manner. Makalia creates such a warm, welcoming environment, and every appointment feels relaxed and comfortable. Over the years, she’s become someone I genuinely look forward to seeing every month.

Can’t believe I haven’t left a review for Makalia sooner! I’ve been seeing her for regular sugar waxing sessions since I moved to SF over 3 years ago. I’ve also received her signature facial a couple times. Everything she does, she does with care and deep empathy. She gives great maintenance advice, and she’s just a kind person who is lovely to talk to! I plan to continue to see her essentially forever, lol!
