I called looking for hair extension tape due to my package getting stolen at my apartment, and the lady who helped me was incredibly kind and went above and beyond. She took the time to check for me, sent me a photo of what she found, called me back, and even directed me to a local supply store that had what I needed. Excellent customer service and genuinely helpful. Thank you for taking the time to help me!
Best haircut I’ve had in a longgg time! As a guy with curly hair she actually knew what to do to shape it! Trying to grow my hair longer and Maissiel knew exactly how to fix the growth without taking too much hair off. I couldn’t be happier with my cut, way better than your typical one size fits all barbershop experience!
I can’t recommend Massiel enough! She is truly the best hair colorist I’ve ever been to. I first saw her years ago before I moved away, and I was so excited to find out her business is now closer to where I live.
She is incredibly thoughtful, flexible, and patient. She’s super friendly and just so easy to be around, which makes the whole experience even better. Recently I came in with a mess of hair and asked if she could fix it. She immediately said “no problem!” and got right to work.
