I needed to get my hair colored and had heard so many wonderful things about getting your hair done in Chinatown. I had seen rave reviews in social media and was genuinely excited to experience it for myself while visiting San Francisco Chinatown.

We initially stopped at another salon nearby, but it did not work out for what I needed. When we arrived at Mark’s Beauty Salon, Shirley was working with another customer. I asked her about getting my hair colored, and she took the time to listen carefully. She gave me a clear price and kindly asked me to return in about twenty minutes.

I was in town on business and realized that maybe I should have put off that haircut before I arrived. Snagged a quick side trim / taper for $20, was in and out in 20 mins and it was exactly what I wanted. Don't hesitate to give Mark a shot, excellent quality men's haircut.

Extremely friendly and detail-oriented. This man works almost every day. He's gentle and ensures that he's doing exactly what folks ask. It's also extremely affordable (especially for SF!)
