“I moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a new stylist. Gino stood out to me with his bio and previous work so I scheduled an appointment and I'm so happy I did! The salon is small but bright and welcoming and the people are equally as bright and welcoming. Gino is great at collaboration and suggesting new styles/colors to check out and is always ready to answer any product or styling questions I might have. He's also great for ideas about what to do in the area! Love this place!“

“Alicia was excellent! She is so easy to communicate with and super responsive during the entire process. On the day of my City Hall wedding, she put me at ease and made me look like an elevated version of myself. I went for a natural look, but wanted it to pop a bit for photography. She gave me exactly what I wanted for hair + makeup, and it lasted well throughout the day :) She is also really efficient - the total time was a little less than 1.5 hours. As someone who doesn’t love spending too much time getting ready, this was perfect for me. Lol. if you’re thinking about booking her, do it!“

I told him how finicky my hair was and he recommended to trim instead for the short length I wanted and he was right he soften my dry frizzy hair and now it looks and feels soft and light! Pricing was fully transparent (trial, day-of, early start, wedding party), and her email communication leading up to the wedding was incredibly helpful including timelines, prep tips, and extension recommendations. I always knew exactly what to expect.

The trial was 100% worth it. It allowed us to get a feel for each other, and I even used the glam look for pre-wedding photos which was a great bonus. It helped me see how everything photographed and how it felt on my face throughout the day, which gave me so much confidence going into the wedding.

On the wedding day, we had an extremely early start (4:30 AM!), and April and her team arrived energized, prepared, and ready to go. I ended up shifting my color palette and changing the front face-framing of my hair, and April was completely adaptable. The result was perfect. I felt beautiful but more importantly, I felt like myself.

“Lee is super welcoming and really knowledgeable about different hair types, especially stubborn Asian hair like mine. He knows what styles work (and sadly, I'm forever condemned to a two-block cut unless I perm). One of the few who actually washes your hair before cutting with great after-care tips -- and if you ask, where to get good Korean food, too. :-) Appointment only. No walk-ins. You could be waiting for a month for a spot, so plan ahead.“

Not only is she really talented and experienced with hair and makeup, she’s also just an overall pleasure to work with. I’d never had my hair and makeup done professionally, so I was nervous going into it, but Fiona made sure to provide me with all of the information I needed to be prepared. She was so knowledgeable and conscientious with the products she used, making sure to keep my skincare needs top priority (I have acne-prone, dry skin and rosacea), and really highlighted my features. I’m also a bit of a tomboy and rarely wear makeup or style my hair, so my main goal was essentially “look like myself, but nicer”. Fiona accomplished that perfectly! I always get complimented on them thanks to Dede. She is incredibly talented and can texturize my eyebrows like no one else. Where Dede goes, I go! I am very particular about my eyebrows and love that she never rushes anything and takes the time needed. She keeps my eyebrows up to date on trends yet still keeps them classy and full. When it comes to eyebrows, Dede is la crème de la crème.“
