Today was my first time seeing Mai and she is so sweet and great at what she does. The building can be a little bit suspect, but she is pretty responsive via cell phone. As soon as I notified her that I was downstairs, she acknowledged and came down to get me in less than 5 minutes. The service was quick and pretty much painless. Her work space is small, but calming and welcoming with all of the plants and peaceful music. What's even better is the location is easily accessible via public transportation. Mai is amazing at what she does! I was a rough 2 before my visit and now every woman on street can't get enough of me ... turning heads like crazy. jk but seriously she is very easy to work with, drafts a custom routine for your skin type and delivers more than expected. Her studio feels like getting skin nourishment while you're in middle of Amazon forest it's very refreshing. Would recommend her for anything related to skin care

Why have I not posted a review for Mai?! I have been coming to her for waxing for several years and actually followed her from her previous location. She is amazing, her services are very reasonably priced, and she is a joy to engage with. Her spa is so relaxing, literally a little jungle on Market street. The location is not my first choice, but I come in from Marin County to support her and get much needed pampering.
