This place used to be great back when it was relaxed feet massage And massages for $25 an hour. Now the people that run it demand tips before any service is even provided. And it's also a lot more expensive than when it was relaxed feet. They're getting too greedy

Hired Tim in the summer of '24 to conduct an appraisal in support of an appeal of my SF property taxes. I chose Tim & SFBAY-RE from a list of others because he's a licensed certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the state of CA and has over 15 years of appraisal experience throughout the Bay Area, with a particular focus in San Francisco. He provided the appraisal in plenty of time to support the Sept '24 submission deadline. Two days before I was set to appear before the Appeals Board in May '25 the SF Assessor's Office contacted me and agreed with the assessed market value that Tim established in his appraisal.
