I wait at a bus stop in front of this store quite often but I've never really had time to stop in. The one time I did, I arrived quite eagerly. Better put, i was present and my disposition was one of eagerness. But my inquiries received little to no response. The woman who was at the front desk, who is likely the owner, barely looked at me while she was talking and offered one or two word answers with absolutely zero help. It was obvious she either didn't want my business or did not think I was a serious potential customer (maybe because I'm a "bus person"?) Frustrated, I saw some business cards and asked for one. Dr Metzger is amazing! He listened to my concerns and to has worked for my previously to help my pain, and came up with a great plan. He didn't just say, ok we'll try this stuff first and see if it works, he did exactly what I said works without having to go through a whole process like other doctors have. Highly recommend for anyone with severe neck and back pain.

I've been receiving acupuncture treatment from Dr. Jennifer Ashby for several years and have experienced so much benefit! At first I needed to see her once/week to help manage my symptoms and now I visit for regular tune-ups as my symptoms are well under control. Dr. Ashby is a kind, skilled practitioner with a warm smile and a good sense of humor. The Lotus Center is a peaceful environment and I always leave feeling so much better than when I entered!
