If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with this accounting firm has been absolutely miserable. Communication is slow, unprofessional, and rude. Projects that should have taken days dragged into weeks with no clear explanation.

They constantly asked for the same documents over and over again, making us waste time just to deal with their mistakes. When they finally delivered, the work was rushed, full of errors, and nothing close to what we agreed on.

I felt like they treated clients poorly, didn’t value our time, and lacked basic organization. Save yourself the stress and find another accounting firm — we regret ever hiring them.
