He handled an audit against us with skill. In office. We did not have to appear as the young pup new (Obama era) hire auditor asked and asked and asked for more information. Ed later made a call and the instruction from higher-ups was "just settle". So we settled. Done and done. Ed took care of us. I do not think we could have done better.
