“Exceptional Service at One Hour Cleaners – San Francisco, CA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my second visit to One Hour Cleaners, and once again, I’m beyond impressed!

A few weeks ago, I came in for a shirt alteration — they handled it on the spot for just $15. Quick, efficient, and perfectly done! Today, I returned with my beloved Giants shirt, which had a very noticeable stain. I spoke with one of the staff members, and he confidently told me to bring it in.

To my surprise, he worked his magic — and now it looks like a brand-new Giants shirt! On top of that, I had my blazer professionally washed, dried, and ironed — and the results are just flawless.

The entire team at One Hour Cleaners is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. In a city as expensive as San Francisco, finding great service at a reasonable price is rare — and they truly delivered.

“Have been going to them for years. Everything from coats to leather jackets, although they clearly explain the third party leather cleaner they works with. Friendly service, consistent solid prices and excellent work. They do tailoring as well, small to medium sized jobs, hemming to jacket liner replacement. I live in SOMA and make the trip to the Filmore to visit Progress, worth it every time. A fantastic small family business.“

“This is my first time using a wash and fold service and I'm very happy with my results so far. $2.25/lb with a min of 10 lbs. If you bring it before 12 pm, they'll have it ready for you same day (usually by 3pm). I've done the wash and fold service a couple times, and I love how they fold and pack the clothes. She greets with a smile and tries to take care of her customers quickly.I have used Martini Cleaners several times now. The first time was for cleaning delicate party clothes (with sequins and custom-jewelry buttons), a man's suit, sweater, and a pair of pants with lining. I was pleased with how the clothes turned out - clean and ironed properly, especially with the pants! The dry-cleaning is done off-premise by other family members, so expect the clothes to be treated with the personal attention that is inherent to a family-run business.The second time I used Martini cleaners, I asked for Genny's help to shorten two pairs of bootlegged pants. I was delighted to see the transformation - they had the perfect length and seemed professionally tailored. In my most recent visit, Genny didn't even charge me for replacing a cracked button. Martini not only provides good value (as echoed in other reviews) but also delivers high quality cleaning and alteration services.Don't be surprised if your clothes turn out looking almost like new.“
