I brought in four shirts and a jacket for alterations, and they did an amazing job! The jacket was tricky with its uneven hem and mix of materials (cotton outer layer and insulated inside), but they handled it perfectly. Exceedingly friendly service both at drop-off and pick-up. The timeline they gave was accurate, they answered their phone when I called to confirm my stuff was ready. Highly recommend!

Very honest, kind, wash and fold service. First place which offered to weigh after wash and dry (clothes weigh more before this). We paid upfront so could be picked up by courier after. Everything was folded and packed perfectly. Recommended.
