I did laser hair removal on my face. Zara and Cat are lovely and they helped me get settled and comfortable and accommodated my appointment scheduling needs and answered all my questions. Judy performed the treatment and was very professional and effective. Totally recommend!
I really like this location, and the staff are very friendly and professional. I’ve been getting a few treatments, including hair removal and facials. The nurse, Evelyn, is great and very nice. The ladies at the front desk, Zara and Bryanna, are also really cool. I enjoy chatting with them while I wait—they're very nice and make the place feel more welcoming.
I had a great initial consultation for Botox/Xeomin with Mateo today! He was incredibly patient, walked me through the different packages, and answered all my (many) questions thoroughly without rushing or pressuring me. I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me and provided honest, helpful guidance.
While I haven’t had the actual service yet, this review is based on the excellent customer service I received during the consultation. Mateo made the experience feel informative and comfortable.
