Everyone at the Marina location was friendly and welcoming, multiple people checked on me and asked if I needed anything. The nurse who did my skin pen did a great job explaining the procedure and what to expect as well as giving easy to follow after care instructions. Had an excellent session at the Castro location with Judy and Eliza. What stood out: they pre-prepared three syringes so the needle never went blunt partway through. I've had appointments elsewhere where one needle gets used for the entire treatment and it becomes genuinely painful toward the end. This was a noticeably better experience, and it's the kind of detail that tells you the team actually cares about how the patient feels, not just about getting through the appointment.
Eliza was shadowing and the orientation was clearly being done right. Judy walked her through everything without ever making the session feel like a training exercise.
