Silvia is like family at this point. I can't take my dog anywhere else for a cut. She loves these women and they love my dog. Ask any dog that goes to Kositas and they'll tell you the same thing.
Sylvia is an excellent groomer and great with the dogs. She truly cares about her clients, their humans, and the community. I have been taking my dogs since 2008 and have always been very pleased and grateful. Yesterday, she was able to groom my rescue Chihuahua who is a ferocious resource guarder (super jealous and possessive), trim her nails, express the glands, and enjoy her visit. She spent the afternoon there and when I picked her up she was playing nice, looked great AND all with no muzzle. Believe me when I say that she worked wonders with a difficult little frightened dog!
Our 6 month old Shih tzu mix puppy saw Silvia for his first ever grooming and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was very caring and compassionate for our inexperienced puppy and she made sure that he wouldn't hate his first experience at the groomer. We thought that our pup would come running out trembling after his first time at the groomer but he seemed so comfortable and calm when he came out...he almost seemed like he didn't want to leave. His trim looked so good and we were so happy with all of her work, patience and care. We are definitely coming back. Make sure you plan your appointment well in advance because Silvia is in high demand...and for good reason.
