i never post reviews but had such a lovely experience with Jonette earlier this week so i wanted to make special note of it. so happy with how the layers turned out, and we had a lovely conversation throughout the appointment about all sorts of things. wonderful all around :-)

I came to Jonette just two months before my wedding after getting really ashy highlights that I don’t think looked good on me. The task of changing my hair just two months before my wedding is super stressful, and she handled it with so much care and thoughtfulness. Had a great experience at KOSA Salon. I got a loc retwist from Ray, and she did an amazing job. She was super detailed, took her time, and my locs came out looking really clean and fresh. You can tell she truly cares about her work and making sure everything looks right. The service was also top tier. I was offered water, everyone was welcoming, and they even stayed open a little later to finish my hair, which I really appreciated. That kind of care and professionalism goes a long way. If you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing with locs, Kay at KOSA Salon is definitely the person to go to. I’ll absolutely be back. ✨
