I have known and been seen by Dr. Ng for acupuncture care for over 15 years. I continue to see him for maintenance but especially when western medicine needs a boost in treatment without prescription medicine or injections. Dr. Ng is an expert and perhaps the best acupuncturist in San Francisco and the Bay Area. He is humble, caring, friendly and professional. His office staff members are also friendly and accommodating. His office is simple and clean. I hope he never retires!

I'd like to address Z.X. Post on 6-4-2019. Z.X, instead of going in for treatment, it sounds like you went to visit Dr. Joseph with the intention to find faults, mistakes and to challenge his knowledge in order to fulfill your own curiosity. Why are you wasting Dr. Ng's time, and after just 1 visit you go online to criticize him the way that he doesn't deserve? It's not his job to teach you what he knows, and unfortunately, you didn't earn his respect to teach you his wisdom.
