Contacted Mr Nolasco late Sunday via text which included pictures of the kitchen pipe problem: Although, the info I found indicated the business was closed, he immediately responded with descriptive solution details, price quote and availability. Joss came out the very next day and completed the work. I was not home when the work was done, but, my family was overly impressed with his workmanship, punctuality and customer service. Locating this business was a great find. We will definitely be recommending this business to family, friends and our neighbors.

At 8 pm On a Saturday night, before leaving for the east coast at 10 am the next day, I decided to flush my hot water heater. As it drained downhill into the back yard, I thought I should turn off the water at the service access, something I should do in an earthquake to keep the hot water heater full. When I went to turn that valve, it just kept turning and eventually it started leaking into the basement.
