I had a smooth visit after another optometrist in the area messed up my contact prescription. Dr. Brian was really nice and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The staff were also super friendly. I had some trouble getting through on the phone at first, but since I live nearby, I just popped in to make an appointment. Everything went smoothly from there.

I rarely write reviews but I had to come give this place 5 stars! I dread going to the eye doctor, but this was by far the best experience I've had. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. Not only that, but very straightforward with prices & insurance info. Doctor was quick, knowledgable, and so nice and willing to answer any questions. Overall great experience and will continue to come back!

Brian K Fong is a knowledgeable optometrist running a great office in the inner sunset of San Francisco. He is friendly and willing to share his expertise during every step of my eye exam. I initially went to Brian for a checkup and was so happy that I recommended my whole family to this office. Now my wife and two daughters had been going to Jonathan M. Fong for that past 4-5 years. This review is long overdue and we are all happy to give both Dr. Fongs 100 out of 100 stars if we could.
