Dr Fong was super patient and explained everything. Helped me with my insurance and provided service above my expectations. The office is in a nice area to swing by as well. You won’t be disappointed with this optometry.
The office of Brian Fong, O.D. and Jonathan Fong, O.D. has been incredibly kind and generous. My husband’s sunglasses have needed repair multiple times due to a missing screw, and each time they fixed them promptly and professionally—without ever charging us. What’s especially remarkable is that we are not even patients of theirs. Their willingness to help without hesitation speaks volumes about their integrity and care for the community. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!
Dr. Fong is beyond exceptional and this practice is fantastic. They are continuously efficient, caring, responsive and provide an extremely high standard of care while being upfront about costs and expectations with insurance. Best optometrist I have seen in years.
