Joe did a great job helping me expedite apostille papers for India. Had to get stuff turned around within 24 hours due to travel and Consul request. Joe met me on a Sunday at a very convenient spot within an hour of calling him, was able to get to Sacramento and papers stamped and back in my hands for the consulate in under 24 hours. He explained everything in detail as well to minimize stress! Will definitely use his services again.
